The DENSEIUSA products are the result of a technology driven evolution that started with Densei in 1977. NEC Infrontia now manufactures the Densei products. The products offered are primarily Video/CCD scanners for both hand held and machine mount applications. We also offer specialty laser scanners for demanding clean room applications. The DENSEIUSA products provide many significant advantages over the alternative scanning options available. The product line includes very high resolution scanners that can efficiently and accurately read bar code symbols printed with bars and spaces as small as 3 mil (0.075mm). We also offer scanners that consume less than 1.0mA in the standby mode and less than 50mA while scanning, to provide a longer battery life than any other moving beam scanning device and less average power consumption than any scanning device. DENSEIUSA is the sales and service affiliate for the Densei/NEC bar code scanning throughout North America. The European market is supported by NEIC GmbH in Germany.
